HORRIBLE service. Not one person working cared to acknowledge the (probably 15) people waiting to pick up their orders or place one and there were about 7 people working. Waited 40 minutes after my order time with zero urgency..I’m a patient person but…very frustrating!

The Slowest service EVER!! Workers in the back playing around, singing while it's a lobby full of customers. Placed order at 7:05 pm. It took over an hour to get the food. Trash on the floor. The most pathetic location i have ever been to.

I placed an online order two hours before the scheduled pickup time. I arrived 20 minutes early, which was fine with me. However, when the scheduled time passed, I was informed that all the orders that weren't finished were either getting sauced or waiting on fries. Ten minutes later, I was told I needed to wait a few more minutes. I ended up waiting an extra 30 minutes in total. I will not return to this location.

I’ve ordered from this Wingstop so many times but I’ve had enough of their BS. Items have been missed in my order before where I’d have to make more than one trip or they would give me someone else’s order so I make sure I have my order before I leave now but today was just too funny 🤦♀️.. I walked in and they didn’t have my order at all, they gave my order to someone else. I had an online order, NOT a DoorDash, NOT a Uber Eats. I told the employee who I was picking up for and they was like for “——————” and I’m like NO, that’s not my order and I said my name again.. The Wingstop employee told me that a man picked up my order and that he didn’t clarify whether or not he was picking up an online order or delivery just said he was here to pick up for “——————“ (said first name only) when they should of verified with the man before handing it over….
I figured okay, they clearly made the mistake and got peoples names mixed up, which I mentioned to the employee because the bag that was sitting there, the one the employee asked if it was mine, was a delivery order. The employee said no the man specifically said your name and that the order that was sitting there was just made not that long ago. That order was sitting on the shelf before I walked in and.. it was sitting there for at least 25 minutes while I was there..🤔💭 hmm O-K..
So pretty much anybody can just walk in this place and pick up orders without verifying anything..
They definitely need to have a better system and they better start checking people’s orders whether they ordered Online through the app, DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc. I will never order from this Wingstop ever again.

Spoke to a guy who claimed he would write my name down so I could get the right order. Only to come up there again and still get the wrong order. The place is trashy and the workers are rude. I’ve never wrote a review for a store in my entire life, but this needed to be written because this is actually ridiculous, I came in this Wingstop last night to get 20 piece and fry, I got my food after waiting 1 hour then I ate it when I got home. After 3 hours I started to notice my stomach was super uneasy and I had no idea what was going on, I then tried to go to bed, and I ended up throwing up. Off the bat I knew it was from the Wingstop they were super greasy, and overall not safe to eat, I shouldn’t have ate them for sure. I kept waking up last night, and throwing up each time I woke up, then today in the morning I had my final throw up, and I ended up throwing up blood from not having anything in my stomach left and my stomach was still so uneasy from that food, if I could tell every single person don’t go here I would, do not go to this Wingstop unless you want to have the worst night/day of your life. I’ve truly never felt like this in my life, I wish this upon nobody.

We’ve ordered from this location a handful of times and are always disappointed with carry out and delivery. Fries are always soggy, even when you ask for well done. Even accounting for delivery, there’s no way these fries were EVER crispy. Any traditional wings with a wet sauce have very rubbery skin. Never had this issue at other locations or other wing shops. But this is three times now. Had to get my whole meal refunded this last time because it was inedible.
I personally wanted to THANK JAYA and her team for Excellent Customer Service…. This Lady work hard and the Two guys in the back made sure service was on point and food was Great!!! I witness them WORKING HARD and making sure that all customers was taking OF.. in addition I spoke with the store manager on New Year’s Eve to make sure she was aware of the great Team work!! Thank you GUYS !!

Took 45 minutes for my order and others were waiting as well. Staff is terrible outside the cashier who was great. Cooks are too busy talking and less worried about serving the people waiting. Place needs a whole new staff ASAP
