Of all the Starbucks in the area, this one is far and above the best. The drinks are always correct and taste better than other shops. They are fast and efficient and always cheerful. Well done New Hudson. I will drive out of my way to visit.
What made this most recent visit good is what makes the New Hudson Starbucks visits two to three times a week always good… the people!!! Jon and the entire staff know me by name. They go out of their way to greet me and my dog. They ask me about my family and put a personal touch on everything they do. The customer service at this Starbucks is top notch!!! I legend I’m getting a cold I always order the “medicine ball” called honey citrus mint tea It tastes great and really works to help me feel better. Today I ordered it and was SO disappointed:( the flavor is very underwhelming! They replaced the peach with camomile. The taste is flat, you can’t taste the mint at all. Extremely unhappy with this drink. I say, if you are changing it this drastically, take it off the menu and advertise this new drink under a new name. Won’t...
