“We are here for vacation from Southern Indiana. To say we are “foodies” may be a bit of an understatement! We had never tried smoked fish of ANY kind had never even heard of it. Stopped and decided to give this fella a shot. OMG! We had the beef sticks (amazing!), the smoked fish dip and crackers (incredible!), but that smoke white fish stole the show. We were like vultures grubbing down in the car. So glad we stopped and had this Michigan experience. It’s one we won’t soon forget.“
