A little too much fat in the brisket, but otherwise perfect. I like a bit of slices from the brisket point to add some fat and moisture, but slices from the flat are needed to balance it out. The sauce was good.
Atmosphere was good. But food options was a bit disappointing. They ran out of fan fave and house special smoked brisket and few more items. Being a long weekend, this ain’t kinda experience we were expecting.
We had a great server, the food was solid and presentation was good. Seating area was clean and well thought out. The whitefish dip appetizer was tasty and the brisket and cole slaw were well prepared. The bbq sauces were unique and delicious! I would personally have seasoned the brisket more heavily but with the sauce it was excellent! Great smoke taste. Would certainly recommend!!
