SO GOOD. I got a plain latte with oatmilk and it was great. Awesome espresso, and a good flavor. It was the perfect hot drink to get on a cold day. The glazed cinnamon twist was excellent and made my morning. I got a window seat in the cafe and enjoyed a cool fall morning on the island with a great atmosphere and even better food and drink.Kid-friendliness: Lots of room to maneuver a stroller in and sit a stroller next to a round table if wanting to dine inWheelchair accessibility: No steps necessary to get into the cafe, with room to move a wheelchair. It may be difficult to maneuver if the location is busy

Nice place to grab a bite to eat when you don’t want to take the time for a sit down meal - the food was good but a bit expensive, to be expected when on Mackinac Island, I suppose. Didn’t try the ice cream but looked like they had quite a few flavors.

My husband and I ordered coffee and my drink was accidentally made wrong, no big deal the young man who made it apologized and told me I could just keep the wrong drink. I took one sip of it and then another server who had nothing to do with our transaction told me to give it back after I had already sipped out of it while the young man made me the new one and was rude to him to. Why take back a mistake drink that I just sipped out of to just throw away?? I had no problem waiting a few minutes for a new drink. The place is cute but the service by the girl was awful. The young man was great however and at least tried to make it right. It was our first time here too.

I visited the cafe at around 9 am. The shop only had 1 other table so not busy. The food products were good but the experience was ruined by the service. The staff was so incredibly dismissive and rude it completely made me uncomfortable and ready to leave quickly. The staff was so noticeably bad that a separate person in our group asked unprompted if our staff experience was also awful. There are so many ice cream and coffee shops on the island that they will turn off a lot of customers

Looks and sounds like an Amazing Cafe, here after the recent tik tok video .... If your establishment is as clean as that window seal that was being wiped down then by all means I would love to eat here most places don't clean the small places people don't see I can only imagine how clean it really must be .... I stood in a line that was out the door, and when I got to the counter to order vanilla ice cream was told unapologetically that it was too hard to scoop. I thought she was joking at first, but she tapped it with the scooper to drive her point home AND there was no apology. I left without any hard ice cream.
