Two words: avacado toast… it’s amazing!! The cold foam on the iced coffee didn’t disappoint either. We will be back.
Awesome!!!!! Breakfast sandwiches are great. Cinnamon rolls are the kids favorite - they did seem a tad smaller this year. Coffee options great and I see lunch sandwich options for a quicker bite but haven’t tried this yet. Would recommend. Also conveniently located right below where we stay. Five stars.

Many customers say the ice cream is so good that it’s worth waiting in line, even if the inside seating can be hit or miss. Inside, there is decent seating, although many prefer takeout. The clean restrooms add to the comfort. The frappe and affogato are also highly recommended.
