It's all about the staff. The staff was so genuinely warm, friendly, and caring. Especially Lelo & Rick who were the wait staff who took care of us. Thank you for making our anniversary and 1st trip with our little one a magical one.
Server was very friendly at first, but entrees were very slow coming out (approx. 45 minutes), and one of the entrees was barely warm. We did not see the server again until the others were finished eating. She did not come back to check that everything was right. The manager came over later and apologized and took the entree off the bill.
Our server was exceptional - friendly, helpful and polite. The food was great but didn't fit with the atmosphere. The portions are huge. Would overall recommended this restaurant for a laidback dinner.
