Workers racially profile customers. The fudge/taffy is average the same quality you could get at a store but the customer service is HORRIBLE. The girl charged me more because because I look foreign/tourist in the area. Did not say anything because she was not worth my time to argue but I hope she does not treat other customers the same way. DO NOT GO THERE. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Returning customer - still just as delicious as last year. My favorite is the German chocolate fudge. Friendly staff and nice box

Was there today, saw a very rude lady being mean and disrespectful to the staff, they handled it very well.

Tried it again this year because they have 2 or 3 shops on Main St. I went to the one closest to Windermere hotel by the bikes and was disappointed with the fudge and customer service. I bought half a slab, but I think the fudge is too sweet and it gave me indigestion that night. I think May's fudge and Joanne's fudge are better.
Pick up a slice at the Royal oak event on Labor day. Requested maple and I was given vanilla. Why the one star review because I questioned the slice she was packing as it did not look like maple. She said it's on the same tray as a vanilla which had no maple sign. I thought well maybe she's right, bit into it, nope not maple she fooled me. And stole $12 of my money. And the fudge went into the trash can.

Super rude girl. Should not be working here. WOW. Accidentally paid twice and apparently she isn’t educated enough to do a simple refund so she threw her hands up in the air at us and rolled her eyes gave 0 solutions. Fudge was disgusting tasted like chalk and was same price as other places in town for SMALLER slices.

I've had better fudge. It tasted dry and a bit stale. The service here wasn't that good either, although it was better than the service you would get from the other fudge shop.

The staff were rude upon entering. No greeting, no offer to help, no recommendations, just standing there looking at me like I was an alien who just landed. The prices are wild. 3 slices of fudge can run you up to 50 to 60 bucks. I just wanted some small cubes of fudge because the huge slices are too much. The best they could do was cut a huge slice in half but refused to cut gourmet slices in half, you HAD to buy them whole. The fudge wasn't even that good when I tasted it. It tasted chalky, dry, and pasty. I get this is a location on an island, but the shop was extremely cramped, barely had any room to stand, and look at the options without you bumping into a table or someone else. The aesthetic of the store was the only appealing thing. I can't speak on their ice cream since I didn't get any, but I'm kind of wishing I did since that has better reviews.
