The Cheese Crock and the Mozarella Balls are by far so delicious, and I highly reccommend trying them if you decide to vacay to Mackinac Island. I especially love the Cheese Crock, and wish they’d share a recipe on how to make it at home, because it was so divine! By itself, the cheese from the cheese crock was delicious, but paired with the Garlic Croutons it was twice as delicious!

My friend got the lobster roll, (I had a bite)only celery and tasted fishy. No butter, no lemon, no mayo, no salt/seasoning. I ordered Parmesan crusted white fish, no flavor, waiter suggested extra butter cream sauce to add flavor. Smoked fish dip was tasty. Rum Grog was good. Attentive kind waiter.

We had breakfast. Hubby had the avocado toast and I had the champions plate. Eggs were perfectly scrambled, bacon not rock hard-which was a good thing for me. Hubby liked his and debated if he wanted another one. It's a smaller place so time your meal accordingly.

This was just okay to me. Maybe I ordered the wrong things but it was just okay. The cold fish dip was not my thing at all. Meh. Ordered a lobster roll which it was decent but it being cold again was not my thing. I don't know I just feel like this place was miss for our mackinac trip.

I was so surprised there was no wait for dinner on a Sunday night in late August! We enjoy dining at Seabiscuit on our visits to Mackinac Island. We all ordered the parmesan crusted whitefish with jasmine rice and broccolini, and the portions were so large, w could’ve ordered two entrees and split between three people. It was ultimately pricey for what was decent but not ah-mazing food. They used to have an appetizer with mini-pasties, but it looks like that’s been taken off the menu. Bummer!
