It’s on a tourist island, the drinks are understandably expensive. No bathroom inside but there is a public restroom right outside. However, my order of chai really don’t taste great :/ service is nice tho

Don't go there! They are very glad to sell you all the coffee you want, but don't even think about asking to use their restroom! Apparently they claim not to have one! Last time I buy Starbucks coffee, too many other coffee shops that are more customer friendly. (Maybe thats one of the reasons they're closing so many down)

Not a person who visits Starbucks very often, but it was hot and i was craving an iced coffee. The drink was ok, but $9 for an iced vanilla coffee seems ridiculous even for Starbucks. Wish i had visited a local cafe instead. No need for a chain on the island.

Starbucks is the only chain establishment you'll find on the island, much to the chagrin of the locals. Since its arrival, the number of local coffee shops on the island has shrunk. If you're looking to support a local business, check out Lucky Bean or Watercolor!
The Starbucks does blend in fairly well to the Main Street look, and it's a clean, bright space. The drinks are definitely more expensive than what I'm used to back home, so prepare for island price gouging.

Barista super rude to my 11 year old daughter. Basically told her to leave the store while she was trying to handled 3 drinks causing her to forget one. When she went back the baristas rolled their eyes and made her feel dumb. She is a child trying to do her best! Service workers should be more patient especially in a tourist area! It was 6pm on a Wednesday!

I understand them being on a tourist attraction island so they got busy, but being rude to us when we asked for something to be left out of our drinks isn't acceptable. We had people who had allergies, so it took a while for them to pick the drink and the staff frowned at us. Will never be back, and we'd rather get the cola at the vending machines than spending our business here.

Neat and clean Starbucks but seriously… 9 dollars for a refresher?? I can understand a little markup because of being on an island, but it was almost double the price of regular mainland Starbucks! It’s crazy- taking advantage of tourists on the island! There is also no seating in the restaurant!

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to—and I’ve been to airport ones at 6am.
Ordered a drink with extra boba. Got maybe five lonely boba bits. Asked about it and got attitude like I was the problem. Friend ordered a pink drink with strawberries. Got… a sad pink liquid. No strawberries. No apology.
Staff were rude, slow, and clearly hated being there—don’t take it out on us.
Save your money. Lick a rock. You’ll get more flavor and better service.
They wouldn't allow the use of the money that was in the app. Very disappointing, we'll never use them again.

Poor customer service. I asked for no foam on my latte and got major attitude including an eye roll bc she had to take 10 steps to get a spoon. I thanked her twice and got the same attitude. After all of that my husband and I both ended up throwing the drinks away because it didn’t taste good. Every other place we’ve visited has had excellent customer service.
