This is a cozy restaurant on the grounds of the Grand Hotel. It is even better since it sits away from the touristy hotel, which has its own charm. We began with a couple of great cocktails of martini and lime vodka. Our appetizer was a capreses bruschetta wonderfully prepared with burrata and heirloom tomatoes. Stopped by for lunch on a rainy afternoon. Enjoyed sharing a French Dip with my husband. It was very good. Fresh bread, tender roast beef and the Au Jus was perfect. The rustic horse and jockey atmosphere was fun!
I can not begin to express how wonderful every detail of my experience was here. The food was absolutely superb, the drinks were beautifully made, the waiter was incredibly kind & did not make it seem like it was just a job to him. The atmosphere sitting outside on such a beautiful day was pure perfection & the company of my wonderful friend was amazing as well. Top notch in every way! Can't wait to go back many more times.
