Service was great. The restaurant is small, but is in downtown Mackinaw City so the building just doesn't have a lot of space. There is no public bathroom available. The food was not great and seemed like it had been sitting out for a bit. The restaurant was very busy and staff seemed to be doing their best to keep up, but struggling to serve everyone quickly.
The chicken was a little dry, but their coating is still flavorful. Seems KFC has joined the crowd in downsizing. The biscuits are smaller and the amount of gravy was less than I've seen previously. The gentleman at the register was nice.
Went in this KFC in the summer of 24'.... last week. The lady running the counter was FAST and really polite! Even after dealing with the super slow people in front of me. The gent bringing my food/order was swift, super friendly and my order was precise. Good job crew. Somebody tell them great job. Love a great experience. Colonel would be proud.
