The employees are friendly before you are even a customer. I was greeted on the street while walking by with my dogs and Mama Mia’s water bowl was pointed out to me. My group sent a human representative in to see about ordering to go and taking a menu outside. Everyone was friendly and helpful. A little bummed I didn’t get to experience the charm of the interior, but it was given rave reviews.
Decent pizza. Crust was different than any other pizza I have had. There are games for kids to play. And upstairs is a Free museum that shows the history of the mackinaw bridge. Can get busy and you have to pay attention for your number to be called to pick up your food.
The only reason I rated the service is due to the fact that you order at the counter and when your order is ready you go and pick it up. As long as you know that ahead of time, then you will definitely enjoy it. Great history museum upstairs of the Mackinaw Bridge.
