Pizza was great. Customer service was even greater! Justin made sure we’re happy and satisfied. Definitely will be back and recommend this place to anyone stopping in Mackinaw City.

Nonna Lisa's was the location for one meal we we had in Mackinac City, and it was amazing. It was late evening and we needed dinner. Being late in the season, many places had closed up already. Find Nonna Lisa's open proved to be a treasure. It's rustic decor is suitable for all types of dining experiences, being informal to formal. The food arrived in a timely manner, yet not rushed. Regarding the food. . . .it was delicious! It definitely set a high standard for any other place we might visit in Mackinac City. Nonna Lisa's set a high standard in food, service, and atmosphere.
Do not order from here!! We ordered a pizza from here at 8:00pm online and they showed up at the hotel 3 hours later! Yes 11:00pm. As we were asleep. They never left the pizza and we were still charged. When we called the next day to discuss this we were told the manager wasn’t in and he will call us when he gets in. He never called! Terrible customer service. Many other places I will give my money to in Mackinaw City!

For an Italian ristorante, this was a unique place. The taxidermy they used definitely cashed in well. You'll see bears, Zebra, wolves, and a giraffe among the deer and a plethora of other animals that are displayed throughout the restaurant, and I'm not kidding, throughout!!!! They only have singleton restrooms which was surprising for a huge place. Service was very good. The food was excellent but overpriced. Probably the norm in a tourist and apparently a hunting town.

Dinner: Friday the 13th, 6:45 pm. The server brought my husband's meal and said my "meal (pizza) would be a couple minutes". Unfortunately, it took about 20 minutes. The server brought my pizza, the bill and one carry out box all at the same time. After, the server never made eye contact, checked on us or offered a refill on our ice tea/pop. Our bill had an additional 3% Service fee, for what I don't know. Dinner was a disappointment because our food was served separately. Food was okay. I would NOT recommend this place.
salad had black spots in it and I ordered double pepperoni on the pizza and got maybe 8 pepperoni. regardless whether you pay in cash or not, they charge a 3% fee to your total bill but don't tell you. when I asked waiter what the 3% charge was for he got very defensive and said "I'm just trying to put food on my table for my family " overpriced and just not good.

Beautiful restaurant! Amazing food! I recommend the Gnocci, so good. Loved all the wild life decorated inside and trees with lights. Definately will eat there again, if in the area. Our server was very friendly (from Honduras but didn't catch his name, dang it!) And very attentive!
