“If you’re on Mackinac Island and skip Mary’s Bistro, that’s on you. The views? Gorgeous. The cocktails? Pure genius—like someone sprinkled creativity with a splash of sass right into the shaker.
Angel deserves a halo for the way she takes care of guests, and shout-out to all the rockstars whose names start with Ma—apparently that’s the secret ingredient around here. Service with personality, drinks with a twist, and scenery that makes you want to linger way too long.

“We ate here last weekend for probably the 6th time, we look forward to it every time we’re in St. Ignace! Great staff who deal with the busy northern Michigan weekend rush of entitled down staters and out of staters with class, and the food is always excellent. They have live acoustic music on the weekends, and the artists are usually really impressive. Ignore the poor reviews, this is one of the best spots in town!“
