This is the standard all other hotdogs should be measured against. Of all the places I've gone and all the hotdogs I've eaten, this restaurant is the pinnacle of those experiences and encompasses all that a hotdog can be. It's a small little place, but they've perfected the art of what a dog should be. I also like the all-American vibe they have here.
Best way I can put it, the wieners are in fact delicious. It was a jam packed wiener house when we arrived but they were experienced and make quick work of the line. We got up there and made our order and they were whipping it up behind the counter. Two coneys, one of them a foot long, and a basket of fries. Fries could have used longer but the wieners were great. Devoured that wiener like my life depended on it. Would recommend you stop here.
Stopped by with a group of six. The food was good but pricey for hot dogs. There was no available fountain soda at all even though they have a dispenser. The only drink options were in a Styrofoam cooler right inside the door.
I wanted to buy a shirt but the only sizes they had would fit a toddler or a 3XL.
Overall I am pleased that I stopped just because of the novelty of the building but probably wouldn't make it a regular visit.
