So i know everything has gone up but to give me a kiddy size order of fries with my burger that cost me 11$ is diabolical. Then when I asked for a senior discount I was told I needed to have a punch card for that. The manager was nice enough to discount the bill. Big Boy corporate office, if you keep this up you will be out of business, offer more incentives, stop charging adult prices and offering kiddy portions. Bring back your senior discount without the punch card and im sure...
We had a wonderful experience thanks to our server, Ashley. She was so kind, warm, friendly, and attentive, always seeming one step ahead and bringing things before we even had to ask. She was also so sweet with my daughter, which I really appreciated. She made us feel truly taken care of and made our visit so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!
My wife, cousin and I came in today and and ordered a lot of food that came out quick and the service was wonderful, almost no wait at all and when we where leaving one of the servers held the door for me while I was carrying my 4 month old in her car seat, we greatly appreciate the service
