I frequent this location very often, probably twice a day if not more. Today, I ordered from my mobile app and marked I was at the location already. I understand that drive thrus get busy, I do work in customer service myself, so I have more patience than most. However my order was rung in at 5:25pm. I was told to pull into spot #1 and wait while my order was being prepared. I went here this morning, spent our hard earned money ordering 2 bacon egg and cheese biscuit meals. Get home to find out the biscuits on that all the sandwiches were as hard as cement. I chipped a tooth, I called McDonald’s this location and I was told to call corporate. 248-544-7092 which of course you can only leave a voicemail. CUSTOMER SERVICE??
