Waitress was stressed out and couldn't take us for a good 10 minutes even tho there was plenty of seating. This was about 2 in the afternoon. Waitress didn't fully understand a request I had about preparing an item well done and it came back less than. I was promptly greeted by management and it was definitely resolved. I appreciated that. The Burger was cooked perfect and juicy. Fries were hot.
Our food was great and the service was amazing. I forgot my servers name but it was a weekday around 2pm.
