Not bad and not a great experience either. Staff wasn’t flexible to customize the order for vegetarian appetite. The host was rushing the order and seemed like they wanted guests to leave soon.
There are a lot of Vietnamese restaurants to choose from in the metro Detroit area, and I have been to many of them. Que Huong is the best of the bunch. The service is great, the interior simple and unassuming, and the food is fantastic. The chicken pho is my favorite, but everything that I've tried is top-notch. Prices are also very reasonable.
Hole in the wall type place but seems very popular, as it should be - yet very fast service. Food was delicious and tasting it brought me way closer to Vietnam than Madison Heights. Kinda reminded me of the Vietnamese food I got in Taiwan, which is as close as I’ve ever gotten. Very impressed by the Bánh Cuốn Chả Lua.
