Me and my sister went hear to order take out today 9/20/20 around 2 pm and a guy on his 20 is alone. We ask for menu to look and he was short on us. I have made Saigon my designated pho place for over a year now but that is not the case anymore. My husband and I went to Saigon when they were open during Covid. There was a new person hosting/ serving that had to make snide comments on my order/ requests. For example, I asked for a fork and he made a huge deal why I am not using chopsticks because I am Asian. If I could leave a 0 star review I would. The customer service was terrible. beyond terrible. We went in the restaurant and asked the server ( a young male ) to wait for us while we decide what to get. right away he had an attitude, rolling his eyes, sighing, and touching his phone as we asked him questions.
