I don't think the Service was bad during our inside seats I believe half the employees there wanted a paycheck and not the job. Our order taker asked in two occasions for assistance and they looked at her like she slapped them. Sat the 20th around 2. The food was fine. However one burger was very hot w the cheese melted in the foil ( you could tell it had been under the heat light longer than the others). One employee was in the restroom leaning on the sink on her phone...
Food was great, and served in a timely manner considering how busy they were.
Biggest reason for this review is the due to how kind the staff were. Interactions with 3 different employees and all of them were very kind and asked if I needed anything. What a refreshing experience. Whoever does the hiring there I applaud you!

Very good food. Very great prices. I get the spicy chicken sandwich and oh man that’s great. I will always have this place in my back pocket. Thanks to all the employees that work there always so nice. Thanks to the general manager for having the best staff. Please keep up the great work you are doing and I will always be back there.
