Ordered online. paid for meal, go to pick up my good, that I already paid for, to be told will be another 45vminute wait, so cancel order, now you won't give me my $27.55. that is Stealing
lam SO disgusted. I went to this restaurant, they just threw the food in our face after waiting for 20 minutes. When we got home we were missing a taco, instead of the 12 nuggets ordered I was given 6 dry ones. My fries were cold and there was a hair in them.

As far as I'm concerned KFC / Taco Bell is one of the better fast food restaurants here in Manistee. The staff is excellent at their job, and all so nice. Especially Mallory and Jessie. Wonderful food, I'm treated wonderfully every time. The manager Becky is awesome and runs a clean restaurant. As well as Ryan another manager. He is a friendly guy and also does his job well. You want fast food I highly recommend KFC / Taco Bell :)
