Last minute decision to get chicken and remembered that they have a special of $10.when I pulled in, the line was to the road but I had my heart set on kfc chicken. Opened my app and ordered online. I went inside to wait for and Dakota came up and said 'I'm so sorry but it is gonna be another 15 minutes wait. I was totally fine with that. I wanted the chicken.

The food was very greasy and the chicken fingers were very tough. Not busy at all in there and they didn't put my honey mustard in bag. I'll never go back there.

UPDATE. Received email they are reimbursing me.
Went to pick up online order, was told it was ready, then told would be another 20 minutes, waited then was asked if I wanted something else, said no cancel my order, but they won't refund my $27.55. Called corporate, SURE HOPE THEY REFUND ME MY MONEY SINCE I never got order.

Manistee KFC/Taco Bell is a joke. I never go here cause I’m always disappointed with the freshness of the food. Of course, I crave it sometimes so it’s been a year so I broke down and went and got an 8 piece meal. Just like usual, the chicken was dry from being in the warmer too long. And the biscuits were as hard as a hockey puck. All of them!! How can you be oblivious to this when placing it in the box?? Isn’t there a time limit for holding the food? Cause this was wayyyyy past its hold time. And anyone employed there should have enough common sense to know when something is still fresh enough to serve or if it feels like a rock in your tongs!! Tf?!??!!

I got good food at this KFC/ Taco bell. As usual I ordered Taco Bell. This location needs an update bad! Drive thru speaker is very old and hard to understand the voice coming thru and be understood.
