This place has went down hill. Fr alot of younger people working here. They can never get an order right like seriously Everytime I go threw drive through they get our order wrong. I mean how hard is it to repeat back someone's order and make sure your punching in what customers tell you they want. It's now hard, furthermore you shouldn't sit there and debate with a customer about what they ordered and tell them they are wrong and that we have to make sure that the person taking our order out it in right. Uhmm noo when we tell you what we want it's up to you to make sure you heard us tf. What u want us to come in and punch in what we want into the computer ourselves c'mon. Idk at this point I would say if ur hungry go across the st. To taco bell or drive to the other end of town for some BK.

2 days in a row we sat for 10 minutes to get breakfast only to have them switch it on us. Breakfast stops at 1030 on weekdays not 1020. The lady in front of us was there even longer. Rude. We know they were holding up the line for 10 minutes to switch over. As soon as they switched the line started moving. Ridiculous.

Gave us a chocolate milk instead of a frozen coke and still made us pay for both of them. Ordered a number 5 wich is a 10 piece chicken nugget meal and got 4 chicken strips instead

They made everything right. Packed straws, napkins and the sauces. One of the better locations we have been to.

Had 3 mobile orders at 9am. According to the supervisor there or lead whatever title she had, she states that McDonalds has a policy that they only can do two mobile orders at a time. How does this make sense for a fast food place? I can go through the drive thru with a family of 5 and have no problem with ordering but if I have more than two mobile orders they will force you to go all the way around just to get the third order. There was no one behind me and there was no rush. So what was the big deal of them doing this? I’m guessing it’s them being lazy and getting a good laugh because they made a person come through the drive thru twice, or it’s a power trip from the shift lead or supervisor. I have done more than two mobile orders before and had no issue but this supervisor or lead was having a power trip. She also stated if I don’t like it I don’t have to eat there. What kind of professional response is that? This is how you treat your customers me paying for a service of not a high classy place. It’s a fast food place in manistee.
The manager was very rude and unhelpful to my child that stutters.

Single egg McMuffin and 2 hashbrowns - waited in the line for 15 minutes and then got asked to pull forward and wait even longer. Ridiculous, the workers were kind and everything but being understaffed is becoming a thing at any McDonald’s and corporate needs to do better for their employees
