A Great, Hardworking Crew at this McDonald's - I'm not a frequent visitor, however, when I do stop in &/or pick up food via their drive-thru, it's readily apparent that we're Extremely Fortunate to have these committed employees serving our One-Of-A-Kind community at this establishment here in the "GMA" (Greater Manistee Area)..! :-)

The person who took our order was awesome full of spunk and friendly, but then when we pulled ahead to get our food it was the complete opposite, no eye contact, could hardly hear her, could definitely tell she did not want to be there.

I get it was very busy tonight, but, I waited almost 2 hours sitting in the drive through after I ordered on the app, and after close to 2 hrs of waiting and then getting home, to find that the deluxe spicy chicken I ordered was burnt to a crisp to the point my dogs wouldn't eat it.

The food was well below subpar. The tables were sticky and the bathrooms were in worse condition than a road side port a potty at an abandoned truck-top. Don’t let me forget about the ants at some of the tables. Unfortunately, we will not be back. We are heading over to Culver’s.

It is nice to have an option open later in town besides the casino. I do have to say the posted hours seemed to have been off for a long while though i regularly show up 30 or more minutes before closing to find its already been shut down for some amount of time. I'd assume that the hours are all about an hour earlier than posted, atleast on weekdays
