Waited at least 20 minutes just to pay for my order because they don’t take it at the counter, than when I asked if I could pay the worker tells me that “ not her problem she doesn’t work register” okay well I just want to pay. Than receive my food and the bun is ROCK HARD I mean it was a puck. Manager just stood there and laughed. This McDonalds is a joke

The McDonads in Manistee are wholly incompetent and the managers cannot care less. Over the last month I have been in there 3-4 times. I order, every time, a McChicken only ketchup. They have made me a normal one every time. I called this last time, and the GM couldn’t have cared less.

The machine to order from was broken so I went to the front register. I stood there for 10 minutes until some lady took my order. After, she gave 2 cups to I’m assuming her friends because I didn’t see them order. I waited another 15 minutes for my food so I could ask for my drink as well... I know fast food isn’t supposed to have good service or tasty food, but it IS supposed to be fast. If I wanted to wait 30 minutes for a meal I would go to a restaurant and order to-go. It would cost about the same anyways.

When a customer orders three things that come in a combo, just make it a combo.
Drive-thru worker refused to take my order at all and claimed they’re “too busy” and “not taking any orders”, I was the only one in the drive-thru line, no cars in front of me or behind me, at the windows, or in the reserve spots. There were only 2 cars parked in the dining room lot, and I could see 2 workers standing around, doing nothing as I was leaving to go elsewhere... Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had, I wasn’t even given the option of waiting or told I could wait, I was simply told no and clearly expected to leave. 11/1/25 @ roughly 6:35PM.

This place has went down hill. Fr alot of younger people working here. They can never get an order right like seriously Everytime I go threw drive through they get our order wrong. I mean how hard is it to repeat back someone's order and make sure your punching in what customers tell you they want. It's now hard, furthermore you shouldn't sit there and debate with a customer about what they ordered and tell them they are wrong and that we have to make sure that the person taking our order out it in right. Uhmm noo when we tell you what we want it's up to you to make sure you heard us tf. What u want us to come in and punch in what we want into the computer ourselves c'mon. Idk at this point I would say if ur hungry go across the st. To taco bell or drive to the other end of town for some BK.
