Atmosphere rating had nothing to do with the restaurant. It was the person behind us. He claimed to be from corporate, but was shouting and making very loud and obnoxious comments about how bad the beef was lol. He was making us and the rest of the people in the restaurant very visibly uncomfortable. Yes, I get its a public place but with him giving demands to the employees and us trying to get done with our food as fast as we could so we could leave. It was not the best experience....
Truly love this place but last visit wasn’t as good as they usually are. They seem understaffed but did get my food out in a timely manner. I have to say the staff really work hard at keeping customers happy!
The food is great, and all the people are really nice. The only bad thing I have to say about this place is that if you are going through the drive through it takes at least 30 minutes. The line is most of the time very long. It's good for the business, but not very good if you are in a hurry. So if you are in a hurry I would say that you probably want to choose somewhere else. Otherwise it's good.
