I expected this place to be far better than it was after seeing all the hype and billboards. There were people mingling everywhere and the flow just didn’t flow. It was difficult to tell which door to use, where to order, (2 different lines based on what you wanted) and where to sit. The cashier didn’t give us change at first and then couldn’t do the math to give us accurate change. Our food took a while and wasn’t hot when it was served. The premise of the place is good,...
I cannot say enough about this place. I am visiting from out of town and I had such an amazing experience. The food, atmosphere, pinball, and they even had a live band that started at 6:30. Beyond amazing. Defined a hidden gem in the social district of Manistee!
