The ice cream was so good!!! There are so many options to choose from! The drive thru was really slow tho. The only thing that I was upset about was their flavor burst machine was broken😭
Your window time is too long. You can reduce the service time dramatically if someone comes out to take the orders of the cars in line then they are transmitted inside either with an electronic POS or handwriting them then walking them in. You can also take payment outside so each person drives to the window and grabs their order immediately. It appears as though you have four employees but you're only generating $1 to $2 per minute because of the long wait times due to serving...
Prices are good and the ice cream matches. Can't go wrong with just about anything you order. Fyi the German chocolate soft serve is just chocolate coffee ice cream. Great if you love coffee. Terrible if you know what German chocolate tastes like at all. 10/10 would go back again but not for German chocolate ice cream.
