Wasn't to busy so not sure why actual service was so slow. Plenty of workers seemed to be standing around. After ordering, drinks & food came quickly. Said they couldn't do " upside app" but I made them. They figured it out. No one came around checking customers/tables to make sure everything was good. I always see managers going to tables at other Applebee's.
The manager allowed a woman to bring a non service dog in and sit in a booth. She greeted the guest with a hug and petting the small breed dog before taking her to her seat. Very unprofessional to have a dog in a restaurant especially when it is not a service dog and sat on the seat with the customer.

We ordered the two for $25 and the states came out wonderful but vegetables are tender and perfect the potatoes had a garlic in it and it tasted really good not too heavy The only problem I saw was the butter was really cold when I asked for butter for my potatoes It was really a nice lunch
