Tried to order about $60 worth of pizza tonight after the UP beerfest. Was quoted about an hour and a half. Not a big deal. It showed on the app our pizza had at least been started so after killing over an hour we headed over there to be told our order hasn’t even been started and it was going to be at least another 45 mins. I totally understand places being short staffed (I’m a bartender at a under staffed brewery) who ever was at the counter didn’t seem to really care...read full review
Not trying to be rude but did the people making my food even try to get it correct? Ordered a jalapeños and sausage pizza and they put pineapple and jalapeños on it. Ordered cinnamon twists and they put Parmesan and cheese on the twists instead of cinnamon sugar? Like, what? I live 25 mins away so I’m not driving back. At the end of the day it’s not a big deal but like, how do you put Parmesan and cheese on cinnamon twists?
