I read several not-so-positive reviews, but my wife and I were very happy with our experience at Landmark. Our room was well-appointed and very clean. Staff was very friendly. The lobby bar was great.
With the exception of short jaunts to Presque Isle and Sugarbush Mountain, we walked everywhere with our yellow lab. There are plenty of great dining and shopping options within a five-minute walk.

We stayed at the Landmark Inn for a work retreat at it was fabulous. The rooms were clean, and it's such a beautiful hotel. The staff that helped us coordinate the event were outstanding, so responsive, professional and knowledgeable. We had a dinner as part of our event as well; the service and food were exceptional. I highly recommend this location in Marquette for any event.

The Landmark Inn in Marquette offers exceptional service and comfortable rooms, making it a great local favorite. The hotel sits on a hill, providing nice views of Lake Superior from some rooms and is within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The rooms are basic but functional, equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, fridge, and comfortable beds with large pillows. The hotel features a pub inside that serves good food and drinks, including an excellent Bloody Mary made from a homemade mix, with occasional Bloody Mary bars. The pub is a nice spot for a casual meal, and there are several TVs for sports fans. There is also a bar on the 6th floor offering even better views of the lake and shoreline. The rooftop bar has spectacular drinks that add to the hotel’s charm. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the hotel’s nearly 100-year-old character is preserved with thoughtful details like marble staircases, antique lighting fixtures, and whimsical wallpaper. The rooms and public spaces are clean and well-maintained, making it easy to explore Marquette. Whether for work or leisure, Landmark Inn is highly recommended for those seeking a cozy stay in an attractive location close to Marquette's best attractions.
