Hit or miss. There's a female staff person once who was friendly and helpful. But another time I came, one of the guys working wore a scowl the whole time and messed up our order. He didn't allow us to have our subs cold, and the other sub was barely toasted. It's as if he wanted it his way and didn't want to listen. But the first time I was here, it was a great experience. went yesterday around 5 pm for some subs, was pretty busy, the guy behind the counter was clearing the line impressively quickly, made our food just the way we wanted, was friendly, and incredibly helpful. can't remember his name, but he absolutely deserves a raise, whoever he was
