Oh my word, the hazelnut truffles were amazing!! We came back to visit the UP and stopped in to see your shop. Got some ice cream and several types of truffles. I tried to ration myself but finally gave up, they’re too good! Kids liked the espresso truffles, too.
We were there on the 20th, the young woman that helped was very patient and helpful.
Donckers gets the job done. Good, solid food that'll fill your belly, and the upstairs diner’s got that old-school feel. Candy shop downstairs is a nice bonus if you’ve got a sweet tooth. Bit busy sometimes, but worth the wait. I stop in every time I’m in town for my daughter.
I can’t say enough about Donckers! We got married in August last year and used donckers for our wedding favors. They gave us an option for whatever flavors we wanted and we did the two different truffles. They boxed them up all cute and tied a bow around them. My guests loved them and couldn’t stop raving about how great the chocolate was! Thank you donckers for being apart of our special day ❤️
