I’ve eaten at countless buffets, and this is a fairly typical Chinese buffet. Nothing exceptional, but also not bad. The food is solid and straightforward, without anything particularly special or fancy. Prices are very reasonable, especially given the limited dining options in this tourist area. I would eat here again if I’m in the area.
The crab rangoon are never cooked crispy so lots of chewy shell. Egg rolls are about the same way. Sushi rolls weren't there one time and weren't very good the next time. Service was good. Definitely needs a cleaning and update.
We had a great experience at Hong Kong Buffet on Christmas Day. The food was fresh, flavorful, and well stocked, with a wide variety of options for everyone. The staff was friendly and worked hard to keep everything running smoothly despite the holiday crowd. The restaurant was clean and welcoming, and it was nice to enjoy a relaxed meal out on Christmas. We left full and happy and would definitely return.
