If my heart stops and I’m legally dead, don’t use a defibrillator on me. Force feed me Java Bay corned beef hash, it’ll bring me back. Put Java Bay corned beef hash in the gas tank, it will get you 20 miles. Aliens come to earth and point a death ray at us, give them Java Bay corned beef hash. They’ll go back to Mars with a smile on their face.
I ordered the French toast w/bananas and crispy hash browns with onion and cheese. The hash browns were the best I've had in many years. The French toast was cooked perfectly and came with a whole sliced banana. The staff was very friendly and prompt to take my order. Even made sure to apologize to me for taking a little longer to get my food. Let me tell you, it was well worth waiting an extra 5-10 minutes. Very happy with my first experience there. Excellent omelets. I tried the veggie and the mushroom. Both were delicious. They do have long waits but it's worth it. Making a note of this place so I know to come back next time I'm in Marquette.
