This is probably one of the worse experiences with a fast food restraunt. Ordered a couple of buckets of chicken and sides online through kfc app. My wife picked up the order and when getting home this evening one of the buckets were not given. I called the store to advise we were missing one of the buckets not really asking anything else as we are about 30 mins away just to be yelled at by the manager working tonight and about the rudest person working in this service line and then hung up on and not even able to talk or get a word in. Basically claiming she bagged every order and never misses anything. After I was hung up on I called back to state I was hung up on as one of the other employees answered and I could hear the manager yelling in the background that yes she hung up on me intentionally. Not willing to discuss it or offer to figure out a solution. I asked the employee for the name of the manager that I talked to which he stated was Cami ( not sure if that’s how you spell it) . I have worked a long time ago in the fast food industry and I would never treat anyone customer or anyone like this. The fact that I was calm and just trying to understand what happened. In any case, this store has lost a good family from doing business with them.

An employee randomly decided to add on fries to the famous bowl meal (which has never been part of the meal) and charged me an extra $2 for cold fries

We purchased the extra crispy chicken 🐔.
They had an 8 Peice special with one side, and we did not have a problem with the taste and visual look of the chicken.
Most appreciation goes to the temperature of the food when it came out of the window to the car..
I did not take photos this time. It was snowing, and I was trying to go..

Drive-thru order. Chicken was horrible! I don't know if they don't change their oil often enough or what, but every piece had a rancid taste. Inedible and had to toss. I wish MQT had a Popeyes or a Church's.

Good food at a good price. The staff did what they needed to do to make the experience go smoothly, as they were neither friendly or rude. The area inside where you can order food is relatively small. The dining area is relatively spacious and family oriented, but it is also dark due to small windows and dim lighting.
Parking: Plenty of parking spaces.
Kid-friendliness: Family-oriented size dining area.

I reviewed 7 years ago and here I am and NOTHING has changed. Ordered thru their own website. Total spent was $36.00. My brother picked up the order, asked the drive0thru employee if they were sure everything was in the bag because the bag seemed pretty small and light for what was ordered. Employee said. "Yes, everything ordered was in the bag!" My brother got to me, and I knew right away we were missing items. Sure enough we were missing $16 worth of the order. A 4-pc tender meal, a large mashed potato with gravy and a free 10 pc saucy nuggets. They were 25 is to closing so I called. The guy seemed not only as if he could care less, but it was no big deal. So, I asked for the manager on. She was nice but kept telling me that due to when they close, the best she could do is refund me for the items I did not get or send me a coupon. I had enough and told her that we were missing someone's dinner. So, what she was telling me is that person will just have to go hungry because KFC didn't want to make sure the order was complete before handing it to the customer. I told her nope... I was on my way and they were going to give me the missing items I ordered. this situation wasn't my fault. I have let small things pass such as wrong side items or getting original instead of extra crispy, etc... I even let it go when I was shorted a piece of chicken. This situation, however, took the cake. I did get the items I was missing and nothing more. Even though I also had to waste more of my time and more gas waiting to get it. I do not think I will be back unless someone else is paying for it.

Lazy people, stood in line for 15min and never got served. They knew a guy who walked in behind me and served them without paying. Great service here
