I recently visited the Kognisjon Bryggeri at 1034 N 3rd St, in Marquette, MI. What a treat to finally get there after a lot of talk about it here in WI. I got there on a trivia night and the place was packed. The staff behind the counter got me a seat as soon as possible..I enjoyed beer made with spruce, a smoked beer..Good beer, made well, a must stop for a beer connoisseur..Good job!

Great new brewery, nordic themed, nice variety of beer styles. Wish they had the brewery visible, Just a small crevice of a window, you can see the brewery and it's glory.

Great beer! Seriously the best beer we had in Marquette…and that is saying something because we had a lot of beer:). The bar is nice but a bit modern for me. It is located on third over near the NMU campus. Go!

Came in late one night, and the server was a 5 star. Good variety, so if I rated that day, 5 stars. Came back a couple of days later. Total opposite in service. Freddy Mercury should observe and take notes from the other guy.
