Working with Sam and Pat was a wonderful experience! They made planning a menu that fit our event easy and were great communicators throughout the whole process. The food was incredible as well as its presentation. Sam and Pat make an incredible team. Marquette has lacked catering options for a long time and Loaded Potato does a terrific job of filling that need. I cannot recommend them enough.

These awesome fellas catered my daughter's wedding, on short notice, last weekend. The food was fabulous and the staff was outstanding! I highly recommend them. Tasty, hot, on time, delicious food! Marquette, you've got a winner here! (Wish I had taken photos to post.)
