Why is the lobby closed at 7:30 pm on a Saturday night??? Six employees working, they were not short staffed. I was sent back out to my vehicle to use the drive thru.Disappointing.

I’m disappointed that the large drink prices weren’t clearly stated. The menu shows beverages for $1.69, and at every other McDonald’s I’ve visited in recent years, small, medium, and large sodas have all been the same price. Not here. This location charges more for a large drink but doesn’t make that clear on the menu—it feels a bit sneaky.

I really dread having to come inside this McDonald’s. In recent months the front of the house staff has been so rude to walk in customers and pick up order customers. No one will even acknowledge you. I politely said excuse me twice after standing their for several minutes without even a staff member looking at me (there was no one else in line) and they still just blatantly ignored me. They turned around about 30 seconds after that and then finally walked up to me. You could clearly tell they knew I was there. As a small business owner I understand patience and am always very appreciative of fast food workers, but this has become a nonstop occurrence at this location every time I go to get a pick up order from my app. A simple wave or head nod when I walk in or just saying “I’ll be with you in a moment” can really go along way, and you don’t need to hire extra staff for that!
