Every year around my birthday, I try to find myself in Marquette to experience The Pasta Shop. Everything, from the lasagna to the garlic bread to the red sauce, everything is amazing. The spaghetti bread is the best culinary creation since the sandwich. It's the perfect mashup of carbs that no one can recreate. Never change Pasta Shop, never change.
It is take out only FYI. We ordered lasagna and meatless spaghetti. We both enjoyed our meals and I especially loved the sauce-had a nice hearty level of garlic without being overpowering. The portions were large.
The food was good. I have no complaints. It’s just extremely disappointing that in a previous time there was a sit down option here. Most likely a casualty of Covid. It feels hard to really nail them for this but after this many years I feel like we could have done something more than having a couple of tables across the doorway. I’m sure I’ll have it again. Try something else from the menu.
