Was there today Saturday 9/6, had the biardi crab legs it's the promotion right now and was terribly disappointed BUT our awesome waitress was paying attention and saw the poor crab and took it upon herself to inform the manager and they both came and spoke to me and replaced the order with snow crab legs which were much better but still not great. I was super impressed with the service from the manager and especially our waitress! Thank you Red lobster !

I came into town for work and my server Cole was excellent. He explained all of the specials including the drink specials and I ended up ordering the Margarita flight which I did not even know RL had until Cole informed me. I had looked at the drink menu and missed it. He was very attentive and thorough, checking in every so often in case I needed anything. He was extremely professional. My experience was very good, everyone was very friendly.

We had Katie and McKenzie as our servers because McKenzie was getting trained and she was the absolute best! She was the sweetest and informed us on everything and made sure we got the best food! This was definitely the best experience ive ever had at red lobster food and service wise!
