Excellent food! The brisket was incredible ….tender and smoked perfectly. Both the coleslaw and lemonade are delicious, too! Be sure to check out this food truck when you get the chance.

We bicycled to the Presque Isle art show during Marquette's Art Week, and while there were tempted by the tantalizing aromas coming from the Smokd food truck. We decided to try it out, and WOW! It was absolutely amazing. We had the brisket fries and BOB (Brisket on a Bun) baskets. Both of them had tender brisket, the fries were crisp and crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside, and the slaw that went with it was fantastic as well. This is the best brisket I've had...

Definitely one of the best food trucks around Marquette. Portions are huge. Easy to share. The brisket fries are definitely our favorite, we have had them several times and they never disappoint. Also, Chris is one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet. he will not be disappointed. Give him a try!
