I purchased 2 e-gift cards for my Grandsons as a Valentines gift through the Smoothie King Marquette, Michigan website. They were not honored. I had a couple of disappointed boys. I missed a call from a Jennifer and I have tried calling and texting without any further response. If the e-gift cards cannot be used, how do I get a refund?

Great little business model! Stopped in here on our way out of town. Ordered a couple smoothies and some sushi.First of all, the menu is fantastic! So many choices on both sides. The prices are definitely reasonable, too. Got a fairly large smoothie and a spicy tuna roll for $15. Not too shabby! The staff was very friendly, but there was a bit of a disconnect in communication between the smoothie side and the food side. Everything was delicious though, and I'll definitely stop in again the next time we're in Marquette.

Smoothy King should be in more towns of the upper peninsula besides Marquette. It's wonderful and a healthy eating alternative when one is traveling or on the go.

Love this place. Only smoothie focused place in the area that I'm aware of and they've got a great selection and it feels fairly priced.

Great service, won't accept cash because they don't have a cash Teller to hold it. this is run by NMU and I was told that NMU isn't allowing them to have a cash Teller in the store to accept cash.
