placed a mobile order at 2 and it was supposed to be ready in the next 20 minutes. took them 30 minutes after the order was placed to get my food out, had to wait inside and watch them ring up multiple customers while my food sat on the counter next to the register for ten minutes before they put the subs in the bag.
food was cold by the time i got home and i live 2 minutes away :(

go to the Subway by the Dome instead. the bigger ladies (not trying to be rude, i just don’t know their names) need to be fired for the way they conduct themselves. not only are they terrible to the customers but they’re awful to the younger employees who work with them.

This place “opens” at 9:00AM on Saturdays. I stopped at 9:06 and there wasn’t a sole around and doors were locked.
Even when an employee shows up it’ll take them 15+ minutes to prepare & get ovens up to temp to make anything.
Employees can ruin a business in a hurry!

Do not recommend with kids ordering in the store: one of the workers had no patience with my little brother that just turned 13 today (which was his birthday) I know he wasn’t paying attention a little and it was busy in there but c’mon really?

And, they messed up his sub :(
Just get it together there Subway on Washington, he’s just a kid. Especially on his birthday. Will now go somewhere else or ordering on the app now.

We live rurally just to put that out there first and foremost.
We don’t get to go out often, that’s the way that it is many people in this state.
The customer service of Elizabeth yesterday was horrible, and just blatantly rude.
She or he was arguing with me and my wife.
But also the trainer who was a kind obvious woman.
This person was horribly bothered about me and my family.
Wife and two kids.
Ordering sandwiches.
We will be filing formally through Subway.

Felix ran this place all by herself, full of customers and yet I had almost no wait time at all!!! She was so courteous and it was the best sub I’ve had in years! Please give her a raise so I don’t offer her a job ?

I come her almost everyday and everyday I normally order the same thing. Some days I get charged more than what I would get charged the day before. Today I went in and was not greeted the person behind the counter was obviously frustrated which I get to an extent being that he was the only one working there so I get it, but I wish that my sandwich was made with the correct amount of meat on it and that my coupons would actually be used. Recently none of the coupons work and neither does my rewards. I've been to another subway the same day that my coupons and account is not working at this subway and it works at the other one. Maybe get more staff, would help everyone out
