We live rurally just to put that out there first and foremost.
We don’t get to go out often, that’s the way that it is many people in this state.
The customer service of Elizabeth yesterday was horrible, and just blatantly rude.
She or he was arguing with me and my wife.
But also the trainer who was a kind obvious woman.
This person was horribly bothered about me and my family.
Wife and two kids.
Ordering sandwiches.
We will be filing formally through Subway.

Staff were very nice and welcoming. Subs were great and they were not shy with the toppings. Will definitely be returning to this subway!

Felix ran this place all by herself, full of customers and yet I had almost no wait time at all!!! She was so courteous and it was the best sub I’ve had in years! Please give her a raise so I don’t offer her a job ?

I come her almost everyday and everyday I normally order the same thing. Some days I get charged more than what I would get charged the day before. Today I went in and was not greeted the person behind the counter was obviously frustrated which I get to an extent being that he was the only one working there so I get it, but I wish that my sandwich was made with the correct amount of meat on it and that my coupons would actually be used. Recently none of the coupons work and neither does my rewards. I've been to another subway the same day that my coupons and account is not working at this subway and it works at the other one. Maybe get more staff, would help everyone out

Just left this subway after my first visit to this location. None of the employees said hi to us. They kept looking back at the board with the sandwiches on them multiple times. When we got rung up there was an awkward silence and we didn’t get asked if we wanted any chips or drinks. He asked if we wanted a bag and then handed us one so I put our sandwiches and cookie in it. It was a very weird experience and the vibe of it was extremely odd. The food tastes great but everything else was not normal.

First off I go here pretty often but it’s going down hill and today I was just straight up ignored and ripped off. I ordered a chick salads wrap and was told that their flat bread was the wrap like I’ve never been in a subway before and instead of tell me were out or get some her insisted the flatbread was the wrap. After that I ordered a foot long spicy Italian (classic) and gave me half meat lite o haven’t order this same sandwich a 100 times I point it out and just tells me that’s what it is. So, thinking maybe I’m crazy I head down to the other location and order the same thing not only is everything as I thought it was, it also rung up cheaper. Got to the location by campus, avoid this one.

I did an online order, I picked the food up fairly shortly after it was ready, grabbed my bag wasn’t greeted, which is fine there was customers. I ordered 2 foot longs and a pizza the toasted sub was warm, the pizza was semi cold, and I ordered a chicken teriyaki not toasted, my chicken was very cold. Hardly any sauces on the subs. Overall very disappointed

Awful customer service. walked into immediate hostility to everyone in the building. telling customers about not having things multiple time unnecessarily and many customers in the building were baffled by her behavior, was saying awful words and being demeaning to the customers and just was being so rude to us as a family just trying to have a good dinner.

Arguably the grossest restaurant I have ever been in. Hadn’t been to subway in a while but wanted something quick and relatively good for you. Stopped in, first of all the 3 workers didn’t acknowledge me for a weird amount of time and were arguing about who would get to go home first. When someone finally talked to me I was horrified when looking in at the toppings. EVERY single container had white stuff growing around the ledge. Totally possible just freezer burn but if you change the container every time you refill veggies this will absolutely not happen. They had already started my food at this point so I paid and threw it away on my way out. Vile. Someone should call the health department on them immediately.
