Quality and Quantity have really gone down since there prior location. The staff is very friendly and there is plenty of seating. The ramen is a lot smaller and has little flavor, disappointing, and for the price ($13 each) I can not say I would purchase this again.
This is on the NMU campus and a parking pass is needed to park near by.

First time testing them at their new location back on campus. Quality and quantity have taken a big hit!

Will try again in a month in hopes they’ve worked out some of the staff training issues and are back to serving up meals comparable to their past location.

No. Just no. Spent $50 and every single dish was not even edible. I’ve had sushi hundreds of times, this was the worst 100% sushi I’ve ever had

Loooove this place!!

At first I didn’t have high expectations, but surprisingly it’s so delicious! Decent size, reasonable price, and there are all the items you would see in a typical Japanese ramen bowl. Don’t expect it to be the same quality as Ippudo, still a very good choice

The staff member I talked to was so friendly too

I’ve been coming here since they first opened, and they do a great job! The prices are reasonable, and the portion sizes are just right. Being able to get a sushi roll and a smoothie together feels like a blessing, especially considering where we are. The consistency is excellent—I always know what to expect, and it's consistently great. I occasionally try something new, and it’s always a pleasant experience. This place adds variety to the local dining scene while also providing job opportunities for students and others, which I really appreciate.

A bit strange, but definitely the place for some quick Asian food. We were served our food in to go containers (which was probably because we came in close to closing time). The food was a bit salty and otherwise underseasoned. Overall, good for that fast bite.

We ordered 2 items, and 1 was the Pad Thai. It looked good. I ordered the General's Tahoe chicken, came with a scoop of white rice, some semi cooked carrots and cabbage, flavor, and spice was good. The issue was for $13, I got 5 little pieces of chicken. In my opinion it was not worth the money spent. I had no complaints about the people working there. The design set up there was a fireplace, and then in another area, there was a short table that you is set on cushions.

I will say that my wife and I were very happy with the taste of ALL THE thr food.

Chicken and Beef Fried Rice.
Fried Shrimp.
A garlic something my wife ordered.

I truly appreciated the young folk who were in charge of speaking with the customers performed BEAUTIFULLY 😍 .

Their customer service was warming.

We will return because of ALL the points I have mentioned.

Dietary restrictions: They have options for people with gluten problems.

The service is soooo slow despite having a large amount of employees. I understand they’re all student workers, but that doesn’t make completing a simple food service job any more difficult. Also, it feels overpriced. $16 for pad Thai and a fountain drink where I could get the same thing at a real Thai place for way better quality. Unfortunate that an NMU dining facility is such poor quality.

We were very pleasantly surprised and we would return! They have a vegan friendly menu at the counter. We had the cauliflower, veg Gyoza, miso soup, sushi and fried rice. All were delicious. VERY HAPPY!!

Love, love, love the dedicated Vegan menu. Makes ordering so much easier. This is one of our go-to spots. Vegan or non ....... the food is consistently good!

We had General Tso’s chicken and the chicken looked and tasted like McDonald’s chicken nuggets. There wasn’t enough sauce and there was more cabbage than anything in the bowl. We also had the crab wontons and they tasted burnt. We left full but unsatisfied for that expensive of food you’d think it would taste better.
