Applebee's Grill + Bar

Went to Applebees for dinner. Our server was Aubrey. She was super friendly and put going. She kept her eye on us all night. The food was delicious and hot. Will be going back.

I waited so long to be seen that by time I was able to order, I didn’t want the food anymore. I hate to say that it was racial discrimination but it was others being assisted as I was looked over and the only difference I saw was race! The manager just took up for her employee instead of making it right and apologizing. I’ll never visit here again!

Food can be hit or miss. When I dine in, it's good. Carry out it never seems fresh and I am always getting something that is wrong or old. Never hot or fresh even if I just order it 15 minutes before I pick it up.

Betsy and Catli are absolutely amazing! Their professionalism and interaction with customers was an epic experience. I enjoyed myself immensely. Would recommend this Applebee's to anyone and everyone. Just ask Jamie, she sat at the bar and was an added pleasure to the ambiance.

Best place I’ve ever been to in the Marshall area. Great pricing, great hospitality, and above all great food. This should be your first and only choice if your from the Marshall area.

My family and I stooped here for lunch. We were seated at a table that was greasy and wet. I didn't want to complain things happen. Our waitress came brought us water and walked away saying she'dbe right back. We waited a good 20 minutes (please keep in mind only 4 other people were in the restaurant)! My husband tried to motion to the waitress a few time as she socialized with co-workers and we were ignored..... Finally after a half hour we walked out! I do not recommend this place!

I've had Applebee's multiple times in the past, and it's never been a good experience. That said, our experience at the Marshall, MI Applebee's was nothing short of phenomenal.

The food was delicious. The waitress was friendly, fast, and always had a smile. The price was quite reasonable (we did not have drinks).

Overall, the Marshall, MI Applebee's has won be back to being an Applebee's fan! We'll be back to this location for sure.
