We drove an hour to eat here for lunch and they were closed. Google says they should be open from 11-5 today. Maybe update googlea hours so people don't waste their time?

Our meals were cold and our turkey was dry. Everything was basically tasteless except the cranberries and pie. The people working were nice. Not sure how they got an 88% rating. We give them a 3 out of 10.

had a HORRIBLE experience with this campground and will not be returning. I wouldnt stay here, there are significantly better campgrounds around.

Whether it is one of their craft shows, haunted weekends or Renaissance festivals you will have a great time.

Incredibly disappointed. During the stay, we were harassed by a manager on a power trip. She is currently under federal investigation from withholding mail from residents. We were trespassed from the camp ground due to our service animal. This dog was contained within campground rules. The sheriff (whom she called 6 times) came out to preform a welfare check found NO issues with the dog and deemed his living conditions safe. He was on an 25’ cable, had shelter, and was let off the lead while we were present. Angela cursed out her guests, snatched personal items from hands of her guests, and lied to make herself seem innocent. Other staff at the campground also had negative things to say about her. We were told we will now be targeted by local police, sheriffs department, and state patrol because “she isn’t somebody we want to pi** off.” While packing our belongings and trying to leave peacefully, Angela let us know she collected a “possey” of individuals to stalk and intimidate us. She will single handedly ruin the entire reputation of this campground. At the end of the day, I hope she gets the psychological help she so desperately needs. As you read this Angela, let’s learn to have more self control. As a senior citizen, you are setting an awful example.

Rude rude rude staff. A manager there named Angela cussed out and kicked out a disabled veteran and his service dog because she didn’t like the dog. She also illegally withheld a disabled vets mail from him, some being his medication from the Veterans Affairs sent to him for his disabilities. Cussed him out and yelled at him infront of innocent bystanders who also felt sickened by her actions and felt bad for the disabled vet. Leaving him and his puppy with all of his belongings no where to go at 8:00 at night.

Plenty to do here. Very family friendly. And if you like turkey sandwiches, you won't be disappointed. Also there is ice cream and fudge, and shopping for novelty items.

Lots of fun events. Went for the local flea market swap and small ren faire. The local train club had a fun train ride. The restaurant has a fun fudge and ice cream shop. There's a small arcade tucked away with some decent machines like House of the Dead 2. The food was a little overpriced and nothing too special. If going with a group or a couple children, pack a picnic.

Had a buttered turkey sandwich. It was the worst sandwich I have ever had.
