Love this dairy queen. Staff and owner (who I've seen helping out) are always incredibly nice. The ice cream and curds are heaven. The inside is always clean and quiet. Best thing to come to Marshall in years!

Just mobile-ordered a chili cheese dog, stack burger and fries for carry out from the Marshall DQ. Opened the bag at home and the chili cheese dog had no chili, just a dog with cheese.

Solid, fast, friendly service everytime I visit. Order is always accurate for what I order. (Yes, I use modifications to see which places are paying attention to detail.)

These people are always on point and their store is always clean. I'll continue to give them my business in the foreseeable future. Good job, guys! You make your town proud!

As a local I get food here very often. This might be the best chain restaurant in Marshall. The staff are very forgiving if they mess up your food. I have accidentally forgot stuff here on the way home and when I came back they gave it back to me. I have noticed that I come here a lot that they made it easier to order burgers without a bun and plain if you are gluten free and also a bit picky when it comes to food.

Well run store. Two front workers in thier 40 to 50's were hustling. The store was very clean inside and the lawn well manicured.

I gave one star because I couldn’t give 0. My husband stopped through the drive thru tonight to get our dinner they got all my food right but only gave my husband his fries. Completely forgot his sandwich. Sadly this is not the first time they have messed things up. Lately any time we go thru the drive through they mess something up or forget half our order. This is ridiculous. Apparently we can’t leave their drive thru now without triple checking that all our food is there, and opening it up to make sure it’s correct. Because clearly they are not capable of checking that the customer has their order before handing them their food.

The DQ in Marshall is exceptional. Number one, the food is delicious and they have the best chilli cheese fries around, period. The restaurant is always clean. The staff is always very friendly and professional, there is almost a family atmosphere I've noticed now that I am a regular on my lunch break. Extremely consistent service. Amazing people. 6 out of 5 stars.
