The DQ in Marshall is exceptional. Number one, the food is delicious and they have the best chilli cheese fries around, period. The restaurant is always clean. The staff is always very friendly and professional, there is almost a family atmosphere I've noticed now that I am a regular on my lunch break. Extremely consistent service. Amazing people. 6 out of 5 stars.

Food is always good and staff is always friendly, but it's never quick. I always have to wait and a few times I didn't receive items I paid for. Double check before you leave.

Can we just agree that plain means just meat and cheese when ordering a cheeseburger. If I order a regular burger it would be just meat. You could always just ask. Receipt says plain but It came with everything. Shit happens but it's such a simple task. Be better.

Place is alright but wow are their prices notably high. You actually break the bank going here..service is good and quick, but they have botched my order like 2x. Blizzard was good, fries are mid level.

Got a kid size blizzard. Mint oreo w extra oreo n marshmallow fluff. It was over $6 for the tiny thing. Which I was fine paying bc I ordered extra stuff. But check out my pic. They didn't give me any mint and not even a normal serving of oreo. I had 2 tiny cookie bites, no mint, n didn't taste the marshmallow. Look at my pic. It was all soft serve vanilla icecream. I was pissed to say the least. Not to mention it was hell on my car getting in and out of the parking lot bc of construction. Never going there again.

Not a very good place to have lunch. The smell of something burning in the restaurant. The smell is awful. The music is hard rock. Psychedelic tables are dirty period not a very appetizing environment at all.

I get DQ for lunch on a regular basis without issue. Today I ordered my normal 2/$5 Hamburgers and received two cheese burgers instead. I'm allergic to cheese and now have to teach all afternoon on an empty stomach. Normally there's a day shift leader there who makes sure I'm safe but when she's absent I can't trust this restaurant to get it right.
