Food was good service was good, the store is small with no dine in, but it is pizza that you take out. So pretty darn good.

We just picked up some pizza and crazy bread for the family, and everything was great! The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Jayden helped us at the pickup window and she was awesome—friendly, fast, and professional. Everyone in the family really enjoyed it. We'll definitely be back—thanks, Little Caesars!

The worst Little Caesar’s pizza ever! We picked up a cheese pizza and a meat pizza and both tasted like they were made 3 days ago. I would never go back to this location.

All I wanted was a hot piece of pizza you know the hot and ready. So apparently I should have checked before we left. Because we get home and our pizza looks like it's been sitting for hours. There was hardly any sauce. The cheese was very shriveled, looking and dry, and the crossed was harder than a baseball that could break windows. I don't know what they do, but they're clearly not checking on their pizzas and they should not be serving this.. I will say when I have visited during lunch hours. The pizza has been great. So apparently the night crew they need to be retrained maybe take a Serv safe course.

My husband picked up pizza after work tonight. Got home and the pretzel pizza was so overcooked the crust was a dark brown color, dry and crunchy. No cheese sauce to speak of and the pizza was just horrible. Not even worth keeping the leftovers. We often order wings and this time there was literally minimal sauce so we had to add additional at home, usually there’s tons of sauce and they’re good but not today. The only good part of the meal was the Italian cheese bread. Next time we’ll try Charlotte, we won’t be going back to the Marshall location. Tried to call and let them know, but of course no answer as usual.

Pre ordered on the app, 2 pepperoni pizzas, one rcheese crazy puffs and one pep crazy puffs. Got home to find we had one supreme, one 3 meat and 2 pepperoni crazy puffs. Phone calls to try to fix the situation were ignored and the girl at the window was extremely rude when we picked up the food. I've spent my whole adult life working in food service, including extremely high volume pizza places, so I know from experience there's no valid excuse for this place to have had as many issues as this location seems to have.

I've stopped in this place three times after I've gotten off of work expecting something to be hot and ready. The whole sales pitch for Little Caesars is that there is food there that's hot and ready, get your s*** together.
My guy D'Angelo is the man!! We came in around closing time and he hooked us up with all the food that was to be thrown out for day for the price of one hot and ready pizza!!!

I am on the road a lot, and when I want pizza, I only go to Marshall Little Caesars. I have tried other Little Caesars in a variety of towns, but they scrimp on cheese, which is usually the only topping I get. Marshall also has very pleasant people who patiently take your order by phone or in person. A Server in Marshall named 'Jaiden' was very helpful and nice to talk to when I picked up my order. She was patient, and it is because of individuals like her that has me returning.

Was told our pizza would be done in 7 minutes. 39 minutes later our pizza still isn’t even in the oven. No refund no compensation. Completely unacceptable.
