If I could honestly give them a negative star I would, I simply called to ask a very simple question and the morning staff literally hung up on me 15 times without even saying hello or greeting me they would let the phone ring two or three times pick it up and then hang it up. I understand you guys are idiots but come on

Got a quarter pounder for lunch. The meal together almost 12$! Get home to maybe a 1/8 pounder lol. Whoever is working at the Marshall McDonald’s today, You need a timeout. Called the store about my burger and was told they will not replace the meal even though half of the burger is shredded up in my box. It’s something I shouldn’t be upset about at this point. This location fails time and time again to do anything correctly

I’m highly disappointed with this Mc Donald’s! They spent all the time and money … just to make it more inconvenient for customers. This forces disabled people like myself to wait in line, for condiments , drinks and napkins. They took out the important things and spent money for wallpaper.
Great experience, staff helpful wit good service and prompt. Meal was a good treat for a late dinner after a ball game.

The play room was a mess. They weren't busy, and we asked if they could clean it for us as there were fries and food thrown everywhere by the tables. Over an hour there, and no one cleaned the lobby or play room.
